Love the groove of this number; a great visual from the lyrics, too. Knopfler is a king of rock n’ roll, for sure. Nothin’ more to say that hasn’t already been said.
@Factnotfictionpeople – Agree. The thing is that when you can really play your playing ‘speaks’ for itself; when you can really play you don’t need to ‘dance’ around to distract attention from the fact you can’t really play.
@ChasinMe …capo 4th fret…..first part is A-D-A-E…..then later add the C & G and then back to the A…..hope this helps.
All those ‘dancing’ guitarists should take a look at this and see how a true master plays……………
