@happygoth1 Trees can be planted and regrown constantly, and paper doesnt hurt nature at all. On the other hand, plastics or metals take foreverr to deteriorate. So would you rather save all the trees but have them trashed with water bottles? Or would you rather have a good number of trees and paper that won’t harm them? And like I said, trees are replant-able. It’s like when we move home to home, its sad but we all do it.
@happygoth1 I said or the forest. There’s also the desert, jungles, or your backyard? I mean, animals are everywhere! If you ever start panicking at the loss of animals go look outside, you’ll find a few squirrels. Only a few animals are going extinct, and those animals are protected by law. Trust me, I’d be depressed if tigers or panda bears went extinct, I’m not cold hearted. Anyways, if you want to protect the environment, aren’t trees a better solution than plastic or metal?
@forevershining1 so is that what the world is going to come to? that you can only see animals in nature preserve? the human race have drove animals to the bridge of extinction and we have caused some to die out all together and a part of that is destruction of habitat where they live in the trees while the chainsaws come in mothers are forced to leave the children to die how would you feel if your home as being ripped apart every thing you know your childen being killed we ARE taking their homes
@happygoth1 Obviously you’ve never seen a nature preserve or forest, etc. Trust me, trees are not going extinct. I would be more worried about a cure for cancer or solving world hunger than having more than millions of trees. There is no shortage of C02 or homes for animals.
@forevershining1 not really the tree are not fine and the animals that lived in the trees before we cut them down are not fine If there were no trees there would be alot more C02 thanks to the trees eliminating some of the CO2 trees are good homes for many animals but we are chopping them down there used to be loads of trees on the earth but there are now alot less think about it and we can find other ways to make paper we have to start helping the planet and trees are living things they grow

@landis69 By the way, trees are not equal to humans. The life cycle is true among every living thing, but besides that, I would never believe a tree was as imporant as my mother or the homeless man on the street.
@landis69 Are you equating a tree with a human being? You’re right to an extent. But we don’t “kill” trees for absoluetly no reason. With going green (because paper and wood products are biodegradable), paper, and wood, honestly trees are used for a quite a bit. Theres no excuse unless you take away everything that trees are used for, which is quite a bit if you thought about it. There’s no senslesness. Trees are constantly replanted and growing. We have national parks. The trees are fine!

@nostihsam You’re comparing a person to a tree? A single human being only lives on earth once, a tree may have one life but its job and purpose can be replanted and grown for future generations. My grandpa is not equivelant to a tree. That’s silly. Trees are a renewable source. It is sad to see tons of trees knocked down, but they are also constantly growing and being planted. Squirrels that forget about nuts or farmers planting them? I wouldn’t be worried about trees disapearing for good.
