When it comes to chilies I do prefer the non ethereal kind. This one is from my garden. It is so hot that it not only burns my tongue, but also my lips. I don’t know why I still like these. May be I am not that subtle?

habanero chili?
Its funny that I went to the mexican grocery store last and asked for their most spicy chili. They recommended habanero chili. I am pleased with the spice intensity (almost like Bombay morich):-) my current favorite.
