I used you to have them, beautiful muscular female legs. What happened? I was an athlete, a college athlete! Yet to look at my thighs today, you would think that I had never even seen a leg muscle, let alone had one. I don’t want or need some mild inner thigh toning, no, to get my muscular female legs back, I need some serious HELP!
I thought about running and even tried it, well not really running, but jogging. That didn’t exactly go the way I had planned. I was so winded before my house was out of view, that I was afraid someone would see me huffing and puffing and call 911. Obviously, this wasn’t going to work. I needed to start off slower, something manageable to get me on track to rediscovering my muscular female legs of days gone by. I knew they were there somewhere behind all that FLAB.
You know, what really shocks me, is back in the day, I remember looking at women with fat chunky thighs and unsightly quivering cellulite and thinking, how in the world did you let that happen to you. OMG! How times have changed. I am one of those women now! Guess what, I can’t even tell you how it happened. It was like one day, I was in the shower shaving my sporty muscular female legs and the next time I tuned in, my razor was going over lumpy cottage cheese flesh like some Olympic skier taking on mogul after mogul.
So, I began a mission. Not some sissy mission either. I was going to find out how to revive the muscular female legs of my past.
I tried walking until I got my legs chafed. Walking, of course, as we all know, is good and it seemed to help me relax; but what I really wanted was to tell a difference in my legs within a few weeks. I want defined female muscular legs, dang it all, and I want them now.
Have you ever tried those rolling machines? Well, I tried them until my inner thighs looked like they had been bull whipped. Apparently, my legs had gone too far for this type of gizmo to be of any benefit, or maybe it is a torture machine for all who will give it whirl.
I tried a stationary bike until my rear end got so sore I could hardly move, and I was BORED out of my ever-loving mind to boot!
Finally, my friend Judy game to my rescue and turned me on to a new Web based home bodyweight training program that not only got my Muscular Female Legs back, but it also in reality gave me a new lease on life.
I could look at myself in the mirror again, I got some new good looking, well-fitting shorts and pants in smaller sizes, and I even began to feel sexy again. My self esteem and confidence got a huge boost and I felt youthful and fit once more. It worked an amazing transformation for me all the way around.
