UMMM, Rocket fuel for multi cellular life IS NOT Oxygen… It is NITROGEN which makes up 65% of what you breathe. Oxygen is only 12%. Nitrogen is what developed our brains, Nitrogen is that rocket fuel of the mind. OH, did i do it again????? DNA is an intelligent design. MUCH more intelligent than TYSON. Has he even read Juxtaposition???? He talks about an easy one for the SANTA List, when we are now land mammals through evolution. Did it ever cross his mind that we were water breathers in ancient times???? I bet you didnt know either. Tonsils are a definative gill apparatous. Yes, GILLS… Our nasal cavities are very complex when compaired to other land species. They now handle mucus in a very unefficient way. They tend to make you more sick. Births are suppose to happen under water. We swim.

Do you not consider yourself intelligent??? Does life not adapt to survive in different environments. Arent plant life the most grand equation of the golden ratio??? As complex the design of the universe & everything in it. Why do you need a documented report of someone elses opinion to form one for yourself. I think the simple fact of complex alchemy in insects & lizards are proof of that. The simple fact that subjective ignorance chooses to believe Psi-Gamma isnt real only limits reality.

This is one of the funniest lectures about this topic I have ever seen. If any thing can destroy superstition it is ridicule and mr. deGrasse Tyson seems to understand that like nobody else.

This presentation is a monument which stands alone to human imbecility. He is clearly befuddled by the intelligent design premise, because it REQUIRES an evolutionary component, and does NOT contradict any of the points to which he made (extensively incongruent points it should be noted). This was a puerile demonstration of Tyson’s own ineptitude.

I’ve seen him on a few documentaries and never realized what a moron he was until now. Was Tyson on drugs when he gave this presentation????
