Fella goes into his favorite deli where the waiter immediately brings him a bowl of matzoh ball soup. The customer signals the waiter to come back.

“Taste the soup!” he commands.

“Why?” inquires the surprised waiter.

“Taste the soup!” comes the reply.

“Max, you’ve been coming in here every day for ten years. There’s never been anything wrong with the soup.”

“Taste the soup!”

“What’s wrong, too much salt–not enough salt?”

“Taste the soup!”

“What, the matzo balls aren’t fluffy enough for you?”

“TASTE THE SOUP!”

The waiter finally agrees, “All right all right, I’ll taste the soup! Where’s the spoon?”

Jon Stewart expressed comedic outrage at the realization that Osama bin Laden had been living in Pakistan for the past six years only a half mile away from Pakistan’s version of West Point. The night time talk circuit was buzzing Monday night time (May 2) with humor concerning the news of Osama Bin Laden’s death.

Comedy Central’s original political pundit, Jon Stewart of “The Daily Show, ” considered in with his typical flare.

The “Daily Show” host adds which he had tuned directly into “The Celebrity Apprentice” that evening to determine if “Obama and Seth Meyers’ absolute shellacking of Donald Trump at the White House Correspondents Dinner on Saturday had left a visible mark. ” Then he continues to explain his quick reaction to the break up in programming.

“Just when it looked like the sad dark haired lady was about to be ritually sacrificed by the lady who used to ruin ‘The View, ‘ boom! They break into ‘The Celebrity Apprentice, ” he says. “This is like, 10: 30 at night. Out of nowhere — ‘The President had an announcement’ — So immediately, you start thinking there’s only two things this could probably be.

“A. The President is interrupting ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ to deliver more jokes. The ones that he had not quite finished about Donald Trump. He just popped up on Sunday and went like, ‘Oh f*** that was a great one! ‘ and he was just going to interrupt the show to get him some more. Or B. The more likely scenario, as Hollywood has taught us. When a black President interrupts your show, a meteor is headed towards the earth. “

Jon Steward also joked in which bin Laden couldn’t know his a short time were designated.

“Believe me, he wasn’t expecting it. You know he was living in some staid and upscale Pakistani suburb for some time when we got him. You know this guy’s out there preaching suicide bombing and jihad pretending he’s Gandalf wandering the frontier, all the while he’s living like one of the housewives of Orange County, ” he said.

Jon Stewart after that turned serious and also mentioned that bin Laden harmed the image of Arabs around the world which his death had been a significant hit to al Qaeda.

Dinner in Chiavenna (day 6)

This really was a joke. The final walk, from Isola to Chiavenna was the hardest. We were so very happy to have reached the hotel. It looked very nice, modern & clean.

For our starter we could choose between penne with tomato and basil sauce and the gnocchi with gorgonzola. The penne was supposed to be the specialty of the house. Whoehahahahahhaa, really, I’ve never eaten such overcooked, silly pasta! The 7 flecks of basil were dried basil. I found one tiny little piece of speck. It was really a big, big disgrace. The gnocchi were like little glueballs. Also a big joke. I’ve never had pasta from a tin, but this is what I imagine it would taste like.
Luckily the cold beef was very nice. Probably bought from the local butcher. And the potato from the oven was our "vegetable".

I ordered the cheese, just out of curiosity. I told them I like the strongest of the strongest cheeses. But apparently they didn’t have any. Haha.

The wine was nice. Housewine. Cheap, but good.
Italian cuisine, haha, what a joke.
